Ecoflex Reconditioning Services

Ecoflex Reconditioning Services helps clients save time and money with wash-and-return, re-bottling, or buy-back options.

Our reconditioned IBCs are the most cost-effective choice for non-UN or UN/DOT compliant IBCs used outside food, beverage, drinking water, or FDA applications.

IBC-Stack

Reconditioning Scenario 1

Company "A" has over 10 unused IBCs on their property.  After a quick inspection, some are empty, and some are partially empty.  The plastic tanks are older than 4 years and the cages are in good shape.  The Plant Manager wants to clear the area before the business insurance agent arrives for their annual insurance rate review.

Ecoflex Reconditioning Service assists Company "A" by purchasing and removing the empty IBCs and providing the company with "re-bottled" IBCs to move its non-hazardous liquids and discounted new anti-static IBCs for their hazardous materials.  Company documented their reduced fire and hazmat leakage risks to lobby for lower insurance rates, making the switch to anti-static IBC cost-efficient.

Reconditioning Scenario 2

Company "B", an oilfield service company, cleans out the oilfield pits.  The pits contain a mixture of liquids and solid hazardous materials.  Company "B" needs 60 plus 330-gallon IBCs a week and there is a shortage of good used IBCs.  Company "B" regularly empty IBCs into larger containers to recycle the drilling chemicals.

Ecoflex Reconditioning Service assists Company "B" by "Washing-and-Returning" their IBCs.  Company "B" delivers their empty IBC's to Ecoflex Reconditioning Services.  Ecoflex inspects, wash, test, and reload their IBCs into their truck.  Company "B" is informed of defective IBCs.  Company "B" chooses to repair the slightly damaged IBCs and replace units over 4 years old with new anti-static IBCs.

Reconditioning Scenario 3

Company "C", an FDA regulated beverage bottler, receives multiple loads of IBCs totes containing syrups, juices, and flammable herb extracts.  Empty IBCs occupy space outside the building. A competitor supplies the parent company non-antistatic IBCs.

Ecoflex Reconditioning Services pays for the transport to collect the empty IBCs twice weekly, and Ecoflex Manufacturing offers the parent FDA approved anti-static + ultra-violet light inhibiting IBCs at the competitor’s price.  Company "C" upgrades their IBC at a reduced cost and resolves a storage issue
