Sub-Processors Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2025
Ecoflex uses a range of service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to assist us in providing the Platform to you.
This Sub-Processor list includes any of our service providers who may have access to your or your end users’ personal information when Ecoflex acts as your processor. The type of personal information that each Sub-Processor processes is limited to only what is necessary for them to perform the services they provide.
Prior to engaging with a Sub-Processor, Ecoflex performs extensive due diligence, which includes a privacy, security, IT, and legal review. Ecoflex has executed a data processing agreement with each Sub-Processor, which includes a valid transfer mechanism, when applicable, and which requires the Sub-Processor to comply with applicable data protection laws.
